Applicant Privacy Notice

This Applicant Privacy Notice explains how QuickHire Staffing (“QuickHire,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information submitted by job applicants, candidates, temporary associates, and prospective workers.

Information We Collect

  • Contact information, including your name, email address, mailing address, and telephone number.
  • Employment information, including work history, qualifications, availability, preferred locations, certifications, and résumé information.
  • Application and recruiting information, including jobs selected, screening-question responses, interview information, recruiter communications, and hiring-stage activity.
  • Information needed for onboarding, assignments, payroll, workplace safety, and legal compliance if you advance in the hiring process.
  • Background-screening, motor-vehicle, drug-testing, or other screening information only when applicable and subject to any separate notices, disclosures, and authorizations required by law.
  • Technical information associated with website and form activity, such as submission time, referring page, browser information, and IP address.

How We Use Applicant Information

  • To review applications and match candidates with appropriate employment opportunities.
  • To communicate about applications, interviews, orientations, onboarding, assignments, scheduling, workplace updates, and closely related recruiting activity.
  • To verify qualifications, administer screening and onboarding requirements, and satisfy contractual or legal obligations.
  • To operate, protect, troubleshoot, and improve our recruiting systems and services.
  • To maintain records, investigate concerns, prevent fraud, and establish or defend legal claims.

Text Messaging

If you affirmatively opt in, QuickHire may send recurring text messages concerning the position or positions for which you apply and related recruiting, interview, orientation, onboarding, assignment, and scheduling activity. Service Providers and Other Disclosures

QuickHire may use service providers that support recruiting, applicant tracking, communications, hosting, security, analytics, screening, payroll, and related business operations. These providers may process information only to perform services for QuickHire or as otherwise permitted by law. Workable is one provider used to host job openings, receive applications, maintain candidate records, and support recruiting communications.

Applicant information may also be disclosed to prospective or current QuickHire clients when reasonably necessary to evaluate placement or manage an assignment; to government authorities or other parties when required by law; or in connection with a business transaction or legal proceeding. QuickHire does not sell applicant information. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Retention and Security

We retain applicant information for as long as reasonably necessary for recruiting, placement, employment, compliance, dispute resolution, and other legitimate business purposes. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

  • You may decline text messaging and still submit an application.
  • You may opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
  • You may ask to review or correct applicant contact information by emailing us.
  • You may withdraw an application using available Workable tools or by contacting QuickHire.
