QuickHire LLC (“QuickHire,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Website Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website, request staffing services, record an applicant communication preference, or contact us.

This policy covers QuickHire’s general website practices. Applicants should also review our Applicant Privacy Notice. People who choose to receive recruiting text messages should also review our SMS Terms.

Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide directly to us, including:

Our website and service providers may also collect technical and usage information automatically, such as IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring page, approximate location derived from an IP address, cookie identifiers, and information used to detect spam, fraud, or security threats.

Do not enter Social Security numbers, banking information, medical information, immigration documents, identification documents, passwords, or other highly sensitive information into QuickHire’s general website forms or free-text fields.

How We Use Information

We may use information to:

Website Forms and Service Providers

The website is hosted using WordPress.com services provided by Automattic. Employer staffing requests and applicant communication-preference submissions are temporarily stored through Jetpack Forms in the WordPress administration system. Akismet may process information needed to identify spam or abuse.

We may disclose information to service providers that support website hosting, form processing, analytics, spam prevention, security, communications, and recruiting operations. These providers may process information for the services they provide to QuickHire and as permitted by their agreements and applicable law.

Applications and Workable

After submitting an applicant communication-preference form, you may be redirected to Workable, a third-party recruiting platform. Information submitted to QuickHire’s website form is separate from information you later choose to submit through Workable. Workable may collect information and use cookies or similar technologies under its own notices and its arrangement with QuickHire. Review the information presented by Workable before submitting an application.

Cookies and Analytics

The website may use cookies and similar technologies for site operation, security, form functionality, spam prevention, and usage measurement. As of the effective date, QuickHire’s launch target removes HubSpot website tracking. Google Analytics 4 is not enabled until QuickHire verifies the correct account, property, consent behavior, and non-PII event configuration. WordPress.com or Jetpack may provide site statistics and operational measurements.

You can control many cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect some website functions. Where required, QuickHire will request consent before placing non-essential cookies. QuickHire will update this policy if its analytics practices materially change.

Email and Text Communications

QuickHire does not use website-form information for automated or promotional text marketing. Providing SMS consent is optional, is not a condition of applying for employment or requesting staffing services, and is limited to requested recruiting or service follow-up under the consent language presented with the form. People may withdraw consent using the instructions in a message or by contacting QuickHire.

You may opt out of marketing email using the method provided in the message. QuickHire may still send non-marketing communications needed to respond to an inquiry or administer an existing relationship.

When We Disclose Information

We may disclose information:

Data Retention

QuickHire retains information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to inquiries, providing staffing or recruiting services, maintaining business and consent records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and relationship. A legal hold, investigation, claim, contract, or applicable law may require longer retention.

QuickHire’s operating schedule treats WordPress form responses as temporary copies and calls for verified transfer to the approved system of record before deletion. No deletion schedule will be automated until the business process, vendor capabilities, and legal requirements are approved.

Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also withdraw consent when consent is the basis for processing. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions.

To submit a privacy request, email info@ineedaquickhire.com. QuickHire may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Security

QuickHire uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including managed website backups, malware scanning, account protection, and restricted administrative access. No website, storage system, or electronic transmission is completely secure, and QuickHire cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and QuickHire does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website. If you believe a child has provided information, contact QuickHire.

Changes to This Policy

QuickHire may update this policy as practices, services, or legal obligations change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes may be communicated through an additional notice when appropriate.
