QuickHire Recruiting SMS Terms
Effective date: August 21, 2026
These SMS Terms govern text messages sent by or on behalf of QuickHire Staffing (“QuickHire,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to applicants, candidates, temporary associates, and prospective workers.
Program Description
If you opt in, QuickHire may send recurring text messages concerning the position or positions for which you apply and closely related recruiting activity. Messages may include application confirmations, recruiter follow-ups, interview invitations, video-interview reminders, orientation information, onboarding instructions, assignment offers, schedule updates, attendance communications, and workplace notices related to your candidacy or assignment.
Consent Is Optional
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of applying, being considered for a position, accepting an assignment, or employment. You may continue an application without selecting the text-message consent box.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies according to your application, hiring stage, assignment, and communication needs. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting Out and Getting Help
- Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or CANCEL to end text messages.
- Reply HELP for help.
- You may also contact recruiting@ineedaquickhire.com.
After an opt-out request, you may receive one final message confirming that your request was processed. Opting out of texts does not withdraw your application and does not prevent appropriate communication by email or telephone. If you later want to receive texts again, you must provide new consent.
Telephone Number Responsibility
You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide and are authorized to consent to messages at that number. Please notify QuickHire promptly if the number changes or is reassigned.
Privacy
QuickHire’s use of applicant and mobile information is described in our Applicant Privacy Notice. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Service providers, including Workable, may process information solely to support QuickHire’s recruiting and communications operations.
Changes to These Terms
QuickHire may update these SMS Terms as its program, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will apply prospectively.
