How do I apply for a QuickHire position?
Start on the QuickHire application and communication-preferences page, then follow the on-screen instructions to view current opportunities and continue your application.
I already applied. How do I check my status?
Check the email address and messages connected to your application. If a QuickHire recruiter has contacted you, reply in that conversation so the recruiting team can locate your record.
How do I update my phone number, email address, or résumé?
Reply to your existing recruiter or application message with the corrected information. Do not submit Social Security numbers, banking information, medical records, passwords, or identification documents through the public website.
What should I do if I will be absent or late?
Follow the attendance instructions provided for your assignment. Notify your worksite contact and assigned QuickHire representative as soon as possible. Do not rely on a website form for a time-sensitive call-off.
What should I do if my hours or pay appear incorrect?
Contact the QuickHire representative identified in your assignment communications. Include your assignment, worksite, dates, and the hours you believe require review. Never send banking or tax information through a public contact form.
Where can I find paystubs or tax documents?
Use the payroll-system access instructions provided directly by QuickHire. QuickHire does not publish employee-portal passwords or private payroll instructions on the public website.
What types of positions does QuickHire recruit for?
QuickHire recruits for light industrial, production, quality inspection, warehouse, logistics, forklift, project-support, and selected skilled-trades positions. Openings vary by market and employer requirements.
Can I visit an office to apply?
Applications are accepted online. Begin on the QuickHire application page. Any appointment or in-person instructions will be provided directly by a verified QuickHire representative.
How can I protect my information?
Do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, banking details, medical information, tax documents, or copies of identification through public forms or unverified messages. QuickHire will not publish employee-portal passwords on this page.
